Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by ISLAHOLA AU
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return
  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit

Faulty or Defective Items

If you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@islahola.com with:

  • A detailed description of the defect
  • Photographic evidence (if possible)

ISLAHOLA AU will replace items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@islahola.com.

Incorrect Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@islahola.com. Our customer service team will respond promptly to resolve the issue.

Size Exchange

To exchange an item for a different size:

  • Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached
  • For health and hygiene reasons, items such as socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by ISLAHOLA AU
  • Please contact us at info@islahola.com to arrange your size exchange

Refund Processing

If you have completed the return process and have not received your store credit or refund, please contact us at info@islahola.com for assistance.

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to ISLAHOLA AU
  2. Items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date
  3. Underwear and socks (for health and hygiene reasons)
