The brand began with a simple observation:
Activewear is everywhere.
But truly well-fitted activewear for Asian proportions is surprisingly rare.
When Isla later spent time in Melbourne — a city known for its vibrant Pilates culture and active lifestyle — this observation became even clearer.
Melbourne offers an incredible selection of activewear brands.
Yet many designs are built around Western body proportions.
For women with more petite or Asian frames, finding pieces that feel truly balanced — in fit, proportion, and silhouette — can still be difficult.
ISLAHOLA was created to offer a different perspective.
