Order Processing and Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your unique order reference number. Following the dispatch of your parcel, a shipping confirmation email will be issued. Subsequent delivery updates will be provided by our designated courier partners throughout the transit period.

Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

  • Standard Delivery to metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days from date of dispatch
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days from date of dispatch
  • Regional and Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days from date of dispatch

Order Dispatch

ISLAHOLA endeavours to process and dispatch all orders with maximum efficiency. Please note that dispatch timeframes may be subject to variation based on order volume. During promotional periods—including but not limited to Birthday Sale, Mid-Year Sale and major product releases—dispatch may require up to 15 business days.

Limitation of Liability

ISLAHOLA accepts no liability for:

  • Parcels that are lost or stolen after dispatch
  • Delivery failures resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout
  • Refunds or replacements in the aforementioned circumstances

Once a parcel has been transferred to our courier partners, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. Customers are advised to verify the accuracy of their shipping address prior to order completion.
